    Ken Melendez isn't just a great physical trainer, he's also a great writer too. I was very impressed with the level of detail he goes into with this book. Besides just setting up the fitness routine, he also explains the in-depth of nutrition and diet. This is an excellent all-in-one for building muscle and weight training. His personal story near the end adds a bit of personal touch to this whole book.

    Wow! What a great read! I was really impressed by the author’s knowledge and passion for sports! This book is filled with positive energy and inspiration that make you want to exercise RIGHT NOW! It basically helps you set up your goals and exercise routine through some sports ‘psychology’ techniques (the author knows his stuff!) it also focuses on different muscle groups that you might want to improve as well as goes into muscles science for you to learn what you do with your body. Moreover it teaches you how to track the progress how to deal with ‘cheat’ days, what to eat and all about supplements that are healthy and safe. The author also shares his story which motivates you even further! Highly recommended! I wish Ken was my personal trainer!
