This was a required text and I had high hopes as authors are NPs. Unfortunately, I was disappointed and did not find this book very helpful. Some of the info was helpful and good, but the text was not consistently good throughout. And I found what I felt was some questionable information.... wish I had saved my money and skipped this one - required or not!

The information in the book is very easy to read and understand, nothing that wouldn't be found in most assessment books. The biggest problem I had was that everything seems to run together. The headings don't stand out and when I was trying to go back and look something up it was hard to find.
