It would seem that many of the problems described are worth discussion. Unfortunately the presentation is often quite obscure and the author comes off as a disgruntled employee and not as a concerned voice. Perhaps if the situations were expanded and pseudonyms were used instead of detail deprived references to 'experiences' with different "companies." There are a few mentions of positive experiences which should be included in greater detail also. This might mitigate any reader's conclusion that all ABA is a priori bad.

Well, I think that it is a interesting book. I am currently working on my BCBA certification and I confess that this book kind of bothered me. It is just sad to know that these things happen behind the scenes in some business... BUT NOT ALL!! It definitely should me what NO TO DO! Finally, I wished that the author could also give some suggestions on how to fix the problems mentioned by her.
