Ce livre, destiné aux biologistes ou aux étudiants en biologie (déjà avancés dans leur cursus), vous ravira. Il colle parfaitement à son titre, est écrit de manière claire, avec de nombreuses illustrations et explications. Il parcours de nombreuses voies classique (MAPK par exemple) mais aussi moins connues (Wnt par exemple) de transduction du signal en n'oubliant pas de donner des exemples.

Signal transduction is aways difficult to understand. There are several books and reviews that present intracellular signaling pathways as lots of little coloured balls, like an M&Ms pack. However, this book presents the information clearly, with real examples applyed to diferent biological areas.
