Note: upon posting this at Amazon, I've taken a few dings, but I stand by this review. It could have been a good book, but it was very poorly edited and the content is almost non-existent. *
I don't like writing negative reviews, but this really needs to be done.
First, there are useful tips... That are incomplete and superficial.
Second, this needs editing badly. There is hardly a sentence that isn't in disagreement or clumsy. I found myself stumbling over this constantly.
Third, content was shallow. Just a simple search on Google will give you more info than is provided.
I expect that a "Book" would take longer than 45 minutes to read (and I am a very slow reader). This barely qualifies as a pamphlet.
"Adrenal Fatigue" is the most slap-dash thing I've ever encountered at Amazon.
Like I said, I'd like to write something positive but find myself more and more frustrated thinking about what I had to endure.
*BUT, If the author is willing to put some real research behind his claims and not just banal generalities, get an editor who knows English, and really produces a valuable work, I will be thrilled to reread it and give a better review. This is a book that needs to be written!

This book starts right off giving erroneous information, by saying that sugars and processed foods are "complex carbs". They are actually "simple carbs". And, along the way there are more errors. He even goes so far as to say that licorice root is Cortef. WRONG! Cortex is actually a prescription steroid that you must get prescribed from a doctor.
I would say that if you want information on adrenal fatigue, go to the web even, and you will find a ton more information - and more accurate information - than this book!
