I love this book Atkins Diet! The hardest part of a Diet for me is the first week and this book takes care of that with a week meal planner, i just buy what it tells me and the weight falls off! I love it! This book also includes the calories of each meal, and each day is so different that you could easily repeat this week again, or just change 1 meal a day and it would still be easy to maintain the momentum you get in this first week! This is a great book for dieters and i would highly recommend it to people just starting out!

Among many other books on low carb, I find this book really helpful in losing weight and staying healthy. Understanding Atkin diet food list to incorporate those kinds of food in your daily meal can ensure you stay energized throughout the day.
I have gone through 7 day recipe in this book and loved it so far as I can feel a positive change in how I look and feel. Not sure on the long term result, but for now I love this book.
